START-UP AND MENTORING FOR WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS 2024 – 2025

Registration of Trainees

The National Women Entrepreneur Council is organising a Capacity Building Programme for Women Entrepreneurs.

The objectives of the training are to:

  • promote women entrepreneurship among potential and existing women entrepreneurs by providing a supportive ecosystem for new women entrepreneurs to join;
  • assist existing women entrepreneurs to grow and to develop new and formal businesses, and
  • ensure economic growth through employment and empowerment.

The following training will be offered:

  1. Minimal Processing of vegetables
  2. Milk Processing
  3. Juice making
  4. Herb Production and Processing
  5. Pattern Drafting and Sewing
  6. Burger with Kidney Beans
  7. Garment Manufacture
  8. Olive Processing
  9. Gardening – Medicinal Plants

Interested women entrepreneurs are invited to fill in a Registration Form at the seat of the NWEC or on our website (nwec.intnet.mu) or on the website of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Welfare (www.gender.govmu.org) and submit the application through registered post by Monday 13th May 2024 or deposit at the seat of the NWEC, Royal Road, Phoenix.
